These two images are for a private client’s middle grade fantasy manuscript. I will have a total of three images when I’m done (working on a cover image next), but here are the first two that I’ve finished!
The first is a scene from the book that takes place within a dream. We’ve been calling it the ‘magic bean’ scene. I suppose I should think of a proper title! Watercolor/acryla gouache/some digital touch ups.
Here is a map from the story! North Yamsville is the name of the town where the book takes place.

Beautiful cover. I would totally stop and pick up that book in a bookstore.
